Well last week was Good Friday, which was on the 1st Friday of this April. And it's April 10th today (Which is the 2nd Friday of this April). The third Friday is on the 17th so wouldn't the holiday either land rather on that day (which is next week), or did you mean that the holiday would actually land on the first Friday of April but in this case get pushed back to the 2nd & very next Friday of the month (which is today) being that Good Friday occurred last week on what was the first Friday of the month?
