This song (particularly the version by Jay and the Techniques) was another song I was thinking of requesting for today as my instant request, and was made possible thanks to Bob's decision to do more than one instant request. The fact that today is also pie day (March 14th, or 3/14), and this song had the word "pie" in the title, was what inspired me to request that as one of my instant requests for today. I also enjoyed hearing the original version of "Apple, Peaches, Pumpkin Pie" by Sam the Sham and the Pharohs afterwards as well. So thanks for playing both versions Bob !!!
