Hi all. I recently thought of a theme we can potentially use for Friday’s fourth hour, that is about a specific dance, anything pertaining to dancing, or dancing in general. They’re a pool of ideas, but here they all are listed below:
- “The Twist” and “Twist Again” the versions by Chuck Berry
- “Let’s Dance” by Chris Montez
- “Shake Senora” by Harry Belafonte
- “At The Hop” and the original uncharted “Do The Bop” by Danny and the Juniors
- “Jailhouse Rock” and “Blue Suede Shoes” by Elvis Presley
- “Twisting The Night Away” by Sam Cooke
- “Twisting By The Pool” by Dire Straits
- (THE VERY NAUGHTY) “Hanky Panky” by Tommy James and the Shondells
- “The Horizontal Bop” (Another naughty dance tune, lol) this one being by Bob Seger
- “The Hippy Hippy Shake” by the Blue Jeans
- “Dancing In The Streets” by Martha and the Vandellas
- The Bristol Stomp by the Dovelles
- Do You Love Me by the Contours
- Twist and Shout by the Top Notes
I know it’s a lot of songs. But definitely a lot of them that have popped up in mind when coming up with this theme. Anyone that has anymore ideas or suggestions for songs pertaining to this suggested theme, or any other ideas for a fourth hour theme tomorrow, let me know down below in response. And thanks !
