Well, that is what this show was made to revolve around. Mainly songs from that era. I don't totally disagree with the idea of making that the theme for the last hour for that reason so I can understand the purpose behind it to some level. I do however think it's a bit generic in terms of a theme. I would say, if ever none of us can think of any relevant fun-filled theme for the show's last hour and beyond, whether it's on the first Friday, or any other Friday of the month for that matter, then I say we can go with this theme. So in other words, I'm not saying to totally ignore or abort this idea, but rather to hold on to it and only use it if ever we felt we truly needed to as a back up in any event that none of us can come up with a good specialty idea for a last hour theme on any Friday of the month that we do a show here. But that's just my opinion.
